How to Use:
GREAT SUBSTITUTE FOR OLIVE OIL OR BUTTER
Organic ghee (clarified butter) can be used anywhere you might traditionally use olive oil or butter. Cook your eggs with ghee, saute veggies, spread on toast to help break down that hard to digest gluten, add a teaspoon to your coffee or tea to balance acidity and to protect your gut lining.

Our certified organic grass-fed ghee has a high smoke point and is perfect for high-heat cooking: sauteing, roasting, and searing.
WHY YOU SHOULD USE
Because we remove all of the dairy components of the butter, our ghee has a flashpoint of 485 degrees, superior to cooking with olive oil or coconut oil, it won’t burn and both taste and quality of the ghee won’t be compromised. Cooking with ghee also enhances the flavor of your food and is easily digestible while actually promoting healthy assimilation and accessibility of nutrients.
