Gentle All Level Vinyasa Flow Class (Monday & Saturday mornings)

This accessible, all level class involves a series of slow, flowing movements that are synchronized with the breath. In this gentle, morning, vinyasa flow yoga class, the emphasis is moving with intention (the Sanskrit meaning of vinyasa) and being mindful, with a focus on proper alignment and breath awareness. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and soothing—a safe space for all to start the day!

Friendly Refresh and Reset Alignment- Based Hatha Yoga Flow Class is for all levels offering variations and modifications (longer holds in some poses). Seated and standing postures incorporating Yogic philosophies and Pranayama into your moving Meditation will leave you feeling refreshed and grounded as you shift your energy. Shedding the old and welcoming the new energy as you improve your strength, balance and flexibility will aid in deepening your mind body connection. Class ends in Savasana, the final resting pose, which allows you to rest and restore.

Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and full body workout with our Yoga Mobility class at Path 2 Self Wellness. This unique fusion class combines yoga, qi gong, and mobility training, giving you the opportunity to relax your nervous system while improving joint stability and flexibility. Join us for this rejuvenating experience.

Tuesday morning stretch is an all levels yoga class that is more of a relaxing yoga class with longer duration stretches, that is sure to help you improve your mobility while relaxing your mind and body. Each class will offer a sequence of passive, supported poses that are held for several minutes, allowing the body/mind to relax deeply and release tension. The Power of Being Still has been proven to have positive effects on both physical and mental health.  Start your day from a place of tranquility and self-compassionate care!

Welcome to Boxing Bootcamp for all levels. This is a 30 minute adult boxing class focusing on bag and mitt work to become a better striker emphasising proper technique with a taste of core & strength work to improve cardiovascular health and build power to optimise performance. We do not train to get in the ring. We train to improve our health, relieve stress & improve our self defence.

This high intensity kick boxing class is upbeat, fun and challenging yet can be tailored for all levels. This class incorporates strength training, cardio and kickboxing and is sure to challenge you, yet meet you where you're at.
