Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

To achieve our 100% Customer Satisfaction Goal, you have 7 days from date of delivery to place a "Claim for Exchange" of any unused, unopened, damaged, or defective product. For an exchange, contact our customer service and place a "Claim for Exchange" email by stating the following:

Your name

Your Order number

Your Phone # (if applicable)

Item name

Reason for Exchange

Photo of Item (if applicable as if damaged)

So long as you complete the Claim to Exchange email within 7 days of your order delivery date, Path 2 Self will email you a return shipping label and exchange the item for the same item, or apply the charges for the item including price, tax, and original shipping fees to a Path 2 Self Gift Card redeemable online or in-store for any product or service in stock or offered respectively. It is your responsibility to complete the following steps in order to complete an exchange for product or credit:

Within 7 days from original delivery or in-store purchase:

  2. Check your email for return shipping label. (May take up to 72 hours for processing)

  3. Safely package and apply return shipping label & your return address

  4. Mail USPS to:

  5. Check you email for confirmation on return delivery, exchange information, and communications from Path2Self regarding expectations and fulfillment of your return and/or exchange.
