Zach Beckwith, MMS, CPT
Wellness Director
Zach Beckwith is a Mindful Movement Specialist, Holistic Wellness Coach, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, NASM certified personal trainer and founder of Path 2 Self Movement Academy & Wellness Center. Zach specializes in pain-free strength and mobility training for injury prevention. His experience in the physical therapy clinic helping all types of clients including children, elderly patients recovering from neurological damage, and rehabilitating high level athletes.
As a coach, Zach's goal is to help you reach your highest potential in life. He is dedicated to providing you with the best possible advice and guidance to help you reach your goals. His approach is holistic, taking into account your physical, mental, and emotional needs. Zach use movement assessments and corrective exercises to address your weakest link and improve your foundational movement patterns. Additionally, he takes into account your past lived experience to help you live your life to the fullest, pain free.
Zach himself was a natural born athlete who excelled in all sports but was riddled with injuries as he never prioritized proper strength, stability and mobility training. This ended Zach's athletic career which led to a tough path for Zach early in his twenties. In finding his path back to Self, Zach uses mindfulness, quantum physics, pain neuro science, resistance & mobility training, tai chi and all sorts of mindful movement to heal himself from the inside out and hopes to share this level of healing to all of his clients.

Rhonda Spaziani
Master Instructor
Rhonda Spaziani is an E-RYT 200 & RYT 500, a hypnotherapist & hypnosis instructor. She is Body Barre®, Yoganosis® and Warrior Tai Chi® certified. She is also a meditation and mindfulness instructor, and a Reiki Master Teacher. Rhonda, a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist, is committed to children's wellness and flourishing and co-created the free children's meditation and yoga App, Meditation for Little Maniacs, with the Green Ink Radio team.
As a college educator and wellness instructor, she has always been driven by a passion for teaching and helping others to achieve their best lives. An experienced psychotherapist, she is committed to the healing of the body, mind, and spirit. She calls her special alchemy of yoga asana, breathwork, and hypnotic meditations, “mat therapy”.

Ashley Sands
Instructor
Welcome to Ashley’s High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) kickboxing classes! This class is a fun and challenging experience for people of all ages and abilities.
Each session focuses on a range of kickboxing techniques, including footwork, punches, and kicks, to help you become stronger, faster and more agile. Our classes are designed to help you develop both your physical and mental strength. Come join us and get your body moving!

Susan Kruse
Instructor
Susan is a RYT 500 hr Yoga teacher. Born In Seoul Korea, raised in Westchester New York and moved to CT in 2009 where she currently resides with her 2 children. She found her way into Yoga in her late 40's and obtained her 200 hr RYT in 2019, then completed her 300 hr RYT in 2020.
The 8 Limb path of Yoga has helped Susan to not just "survive" in this challenging world, but to thrive with peace, passion, joy, humor and belly laughs with great people along the way. Susan is passionate about helping students find balance and ease their practice.

In 2020, the opportunity of a YTTprogram presented itself. I did not think twice, I knew this was a golden opportunity to embark upon. In this 6 months time span I experienced a fresh and invigorated sense of change. Upon completion of the program I soon discovered the power of sharing yoga with others. The impact it has on others is so positively unique. I look forward to this yoga opportunity within such a great community.

Welcome to Riley’s Body Sculpt class. This class focuses on weight training and cardio! It’s a fun experience for people of all ages and abilities.
Each session focuses on building muscle and pushing yourself to work hard! We like to have a fun and comfortable environment so come join us!

Christine Patterson
Instructor
Christine is a certified fitness professional with a degree in kinesiology. She specializes in full body exercises with weights, step aerobics, TRX and circuit training, and has been teaching for two years. With a lifetime of experience in a variety of physical activities, Christine is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and feel their best. Through Christine’s expertise and enthusiasm, she will guide you on your journey to physical and emotional wellbeing.

Susan Hyde

Susan has always lived an active, healthy lifestyle, always seeking new experiences.
She is a Barre Certified instructor who offers a creative challenging unique workout, dance inspired movements, high repetition, light weight training and open to all levels with modifications. Her passion come from experience on her yoga mat and keeping an open mind to flow based on how our bodies evolve and change through aging, injury or just beginning your workout journey. Susan loves to travel, is an avid skier and former instructor at Butternut Ski Resort in the Berkshires, come summer you'll find her on the spending time with her family and husband on the Boat, paddle boarding, hiking or taking her Poodle Kit on an adventure. Take the time to take care of yourself, enjoy yourself, SMILE, do workouts that make you happy and work for you. Come for the adventure, join her class and upbeat, energizing personality.
