His experience in the physical therapy clinic helping all types of clients including children, elderly patients recovering from neurological damage, and rehabilitating high level athletes.
As a coach, Zach's goal is to help you reach your highest potential in life. He is dedicated to providing you with the best possible advice and guidance to help you reach your goals. His approach is holistic, taking into account your physical, mental, and emotional needs. Zach use movement assessments and corrective exercises to address your weakest link and improve your foundational movement patterns. Additionally, he takes into account your past lived experience to help you live your life to the fullest, pain free.
Zach himself was a natural born athlete who excelled in all sports but was riddled with injuries as he never prioritized proper strength, stability and mobility training. This ended Zach's athletic career which led to a tough path for Zach early in his twenties. In finding his path back to Self, Zach uses mindfulness, quantum physics, pain neuro science, resistance & mobility training, tai chi and all sorts of mindful movement to heal himself from the inside out and hopes to share this level of healing to all of his clients.

Alyssa Perez
My name is Alyssa Perez , NASM certified personal trainer, nurse and mom to two boys who I strive to become the absolute best version of myself for. I am very passionate about achieving wellness through exercise, movement, nutrition and stress reduction. I am so driven to help others which led me into the medical field 11 years ago. My interest in health and wellness was sparked after feeling frustrated within my nursing career during/after our recent pandemic. I began feeling very unfulfilled, helpless, and burnt out in my profession. This led me on a path of inner healing, research, re-education, learning and a huge shift in what I believed it meant to care for my body. I believe daily movement and exercise will not only change you physically, leaving you feeling confident in your skin, but more importantly mentally and emotionally. I began my own wellness journey three years ago by bringing more attention to the food I fuel my body with, intuitively eating more whole foods & bringing more intention to how I move my body. My own training in functional movement, strength, stability, speed and body awareness has inspired me to want to help and educate those of all ages on how to optimize their health and feel good while doing it. I believe in the power of community and I’m really looking forward to coming together to inspire, learn, grow, and feel our absolute best, together!

Functional Strength Training
I've always been an active person. Growing up I played 2 sports every season while playing softball on a travel team. I gravitated towards weightlifting and CrossFit after high school. I went to UConn and started doing more strength training. Health and personal body wellness has always been important to me. I aim to share my passion with others and invite you to join me in my classes where we sweat out the worries of the day and focus on ourselves.
