Meet the Trainer

Zachary Beckwith, CPT, MMS, Licensed PTA

A dozen years ago, Zach Beckwith was a two-sport Eastern Connecticut Conference varsity athlete himself which has helped fuel his passion for giving back to his home community.  Zach is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and a working physical therapist assistant. His experience in sports, training, & injuries have given him valuable insight to the importance of joint stability & proper body mechanics for injury prevention and athletic performance. Zach blends corrective exercise, resistance and mobility training with mindfulness techniques to optimize athletic performance and minimize injury for elite athletes.
