Working with Zach at the Path 2 Self Movement Academy has truly been an honor the last four months. About a year and a half ago, I began getting more intentional with my fitness journey, and began working out 4-5x a week - two of those days with a trainer. After ten months of consistently training hard and lifting heavy weight, I was constantly finding myself with a lot of post work out muscle tension, hip, & back pain. That is when I went in for a movement assessment at Path 2 Self Movement Academy.

Just from the assessment alone I learned so much about my body and where my limitations were. Zach created a program tailored personally to my body’s needs and within four months of programming my training did a complete 180, I feel more fit and conditioned than I ever have. Overall, the results I feel are completely different. I feel faster and stronger both mentally and physically. I am more stable and so much more confident in my training sessions. Being able to adventure with my 10 year old and 7 year old busy sons, as if I was their age again, has been my favorite part of all this growth! The biggest focus at the Movement Academy is injury prevention, and Zach has provided me with so much knowledge and guidance that it has opened my mind in ways that have helped me maximize progress without injury.
Zach’s work has truly impacted a huge transformation of my body in terms of mind-body connection, body awareness, core and other muscle strength and stability. The transformation has been incredible! My body feels good after every workout session and not sluggish or sore anymore!
I would truly recommend Path 2 Self Movement Academy to anyone who is serious about wanting to train intentionally to optimize true health.
