About the Event
We meet every Saturday morning at 8:30 am.
What to expect?
We start with some light stretching and breathwork, so dress comfortably.
- Everyone has a chance to share, but it is not required. This is YOUR time, and your healing journey. There is no judgment.
- Privacy is priority
- This is a spiritual group, expect some smudging, some sound healing. No religion is represented.
- No advice is given, unless asked for.
