Join us for a hands-on, beginners workshop where you will learn how to properly care for and maintain a starter, shaping, scoring, and baking techniques, tips and tricks of successful sourdough baking. You will go home with your own established starter and a loaf in process to be baked at home. At the end of class, we always have a tasting of different sourdough goodies. We are excited you decided to join us. You will not regret learning this wonderful art that has been around for centuries
