Join our bi-weekly men’s support group. Our only requirement is you long to be a better man for your family, friends & community. Each week we will have open discussion around specific topics to cultivate better communication & deepen connection Every 2nd & 4th Thursday 7-8pm

Men’s Empowerment Group
This is not a group for broken men, this is a group for men looking to show up better. That’s our only requirement.
Do you desire deeper connections? Do you long to connect more deeply with your partner and loved ones? Do you struggle with anger and emotional regulation? Stuck in unconscious patterns that lead you to the same shame & negative cycles?
You are not alone. Men have been conditioned to suppress their emotions aside from perhaps joy & anger which at one point in our life protected us but now causes deep suffering for ourselves and those around us. You don’t have to live like this anymore. Future generations depend on our level of courage and willingness to create positive change in our lineage. Let’s this group be a safe space to share and grow along other men.
We will meet every 2nd & 4th Thursday 7-8pm starting December 14th at Path 2 Self Wellness Center in Gales Ferry.
This is donation based. Pay what you can.
