Join Chris pennenga, former owner of main event boxing in Gales Ferry for a six week boot camp style class. Class will incorporate heavy bags and focus mitts. Participants will have fun, sweat and get in a fantastic workout using the techniques of boxing. This boxing bootcamp will run for six weeks every Wednesday from August 23rd-September 27th.
