Take Care Tuesday Morning Stretch Class
Here is what you can expect:
Tuesday morning stretch is an all levels yoga class that is more of a relaxing yoga class with longer duration stretches, that is sure to help you improve your mobility while relaxing your mind and body. Each class will offer a sequence of passive, supported poses that are held for several minutes, allowing the body/mind to relax deeply and release tension. The Power of Being Still has been proven to have positive effects on both physical and mental health. Start your day from a place of tranquility and self-compassionate care!

To cancel or reschedule and appointment please contact us before 8 hours from your scheduled appointment time. In understanding of circumstances that arise, we will not charge for late cancellations, however you risk not being able to schedule future appointments online.
